CLINICAL TEAM
Carol
I grew up in Lititz and have lived here the majority of my life. My parents and siblings all live in the area. I am the PROUD aunt to 9 nephews and 2 nieces who are all a very important part of my life. In 1981 I moved to North Dakota where I started my career in dentistry as a dental assistant. In 1988 I graduated from North Dakota State College with an AAS degree in Dental Hygiene. I am a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists’ Association, and the Lancaster/Lebanon/York Area Dental Hygienists’ Associations. Within the PDHA, I am a past president of the association and currently hold the position of Journal Editor.
Traci
I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Berg as a dental assistant for nine years, and have been in dentistry for 17 years total. I spent my first four years in pediatric dentistry. I enjoy my work immensely and I love taking care of my patients. I attended Lancaster County Career & Technology Center where I received my certificate from the Dental Assistant Program and x-ray certification from the state. In 2008 I furthered my education by attending Harcum College and now practice as an E. F. D. A. (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) in our office after passing the state boards in April of 2008. I am married and enjoy spending time with family and friends outdoors. I also enjoy traveling with my husband on our Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Pat
Pat worked as a dental assistant for over 22 years. She became Expanded Function about a year ago. She has two adult married children, and four wonderful grandchildren. Pat loves traveling, going to the cabin in the mountains, spending time with her yellow lab, Bella and driving her convertible. Pat worked as a dental assistant for over 22 years. Annie
I went to Manheim Central High school, and Northhampton Community College in 1992. My husband and I reside in Lititz and are raising our three children now in high school, middle school, and elementary. We also have one dog, several outside cats and a few hermit crabs. I enjoy skiing, the beach, mountains and outdoor activities. I went to Manheim Central High school, and Northhampton Community College in 1992. Jessica
I graduated in 2007 from Harrisburg Area Community College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to that, and while I was in college, I worked as a dental assistant. I currently live in Lititz with my husband of five years, our 1 and ½ year old son, and our two dogs. We are also being blessed with a daughter in November. I enjoy spending time with the family, riding motorcycle, and running. I’m hoping to complete a half-marathon by the fall of 2010. I’m hoping to complete a half-marathon by the fall of 2010.

Elaine
Elaine joined Dr. Berg’s team ten years ago. She maintains the organizational and record-keeping side of the practice. Each year she attends training in dental insurance coding and billing. Elaine and her husband have been married for 32 years and reside in the Lititz area. Their son Michael lives locally and was married in May of 2010. Their daughter and her husband, along with their two cats, live in North Carolina. Elaine’s free-time activities include pet therapy, travel, teaching, and reading.
Amy
I’ve worked as a dental secretary and receptionist for over two years. I enjoy my job and work with a great team of people. Prior to working for Dr. Berg I worked as a dental assistant in a pediatric office and as a receptionist at a dental clinic. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and hiking. Cindy
Cindy is not new to dentistry, but has worked in education for the most recent ten years. She and her husband of 25 years live in the Lititz area, and have two adult children – Emily and Zach. When Cindy is not at Dr. Berg’s office, she enjoys spending time with her family, baseball, reading, and gardening.
